Thomas Workman and AJ Cavanagh are intuitive channels, energy healers, and spiritual life coaches. Together, they channel The Guides, a collective on non-physical beings from multiple dimensions and realms who wish to help humanity live in a state of consistent joy.

On the last night of each year, we ask The Guides to show us where we should focus our attention in the year ahead. The Guides describe 2022 as “the journey home” and encourage us to pursue and solidify our spiritual, emotional, and physical foundation.
From a numerological standpoint, 2022 is a 6 universal year, which carries the grounding energy of home and family. But this is about much more than our physical living spaces or the people we are related to. Home is our center and base — the place where we are truly ourselves and with people who know us best. Home is a place of nurturing for both us and our loved ones. Home is where we take care of one another.
